By popular demand, this is a basic needs list to keep you eating for 1 month in a bad situation. Add to this after you get what you need, but first, get a one month basic food supply for each member of your family. Children will need less than this, but then you will have enough for extra or charity-- however your heart decides. Still, this is a basic needs list. I hope you find it helpful.

3-Wheat, 1-Flour, 2-Rice, 1-quick oats, 1-macaroni, 1-pinto beans, 1-sugar, 1 powdered milk, 1-24oz. bottle of oil or 1-3# can shortening, 16 oz. salt.
