Recently we wrote an article for the American Preppers Network entitled: Importance of Prepper Fiction. We discussed the use of fiction as a source of information and entertainment, but also as a useful tool to bring the non-prepper on board with a preparedness plan.
We had this specific purpose in mind during the creation of an unprecedented collaboration entitled The Boston Brahmin Series. We are committed preppers. While we may not be experts at bushcraft or the use of survival skills under extreme conditions, we do understand the potential for societal and economic collapse. The decline of any nation can be gradual, or dramatic. Many of our readers, and the visitors to the American Preppers Network website, share an instinct that something is amiss in our country. Only time will tell if our gut feelings are on target.
As we adopt and execute a preparedness plan, we may have family members or neighbors who are skeptical about the concept of prepping. We believe The Boston Brahmin series will help convince your loved ones and acquaintances to jump on board.
In Book One, The Loyal Nine, we combine political suspense with post-apocalyptic thriller fiction as the reader is introduced to nine Bostonians whose lineage dates back to the American Revolution. History has a way of repeating itself and this series reflects this premise.
