No one says that, because no one was trained to say that. However, lots of people say something equally idiotic, because they were trained to. Such people claim that being extorted by politicians equals "paying for the benefits of society." So when I voluntarily trade with someone else--someone who actually produces goods or services I want to buy--I somehow also acquire an obligation to give some money to a bunch of useless sociopathic politicians who add nothing except violence to society? Since when are liars and thieves what create "the benefits of society"? This mush-headed crap is a fine example of the dogma which is mindlessly parroted by the true believers in the imaginary deity called "government." No one would ever reason themselves into such a bizarre conclusion. They say it ONLY because it was bashed into their heads as a blind faith religious doctrine to be robotically repeated back whenever someone identifies the ruling class as what it actually is: a band of murderers and thieves.
